Creative decision-making
Children choose a toy or category, explore color and naming, and make visible decisions about their creation.
For educators
Squish Makers connects selecting, customizing, building and imaginative play in a visual experience that can support guided creative activities.

Prompts around parts, categories, scenes and building can open conversations about shape, purpose and how objects work.
Saved creations can meet in playground scenes, creating opportunities for storytelling, turn-taking and shared play.
Squish Makers is currently a developing creative application rather than a classroom management platform. Educators should use a grown-up-controlled account, avoid entering unnecessary personal information and review local policies before using any digital tool with children.
The long-term experience is intended to turn a grown-up-approved child design into a 3D-printed toy delivered home. Early controlled tests may use a printer on the same local network; production fulfillment is expected to use vetted manufacturing and shipping vendors. These printing, ordering and delivery services are not currently available. Classroom administration, rostering and educator dashboards are also not currently provided.
Local-printer development will be used to study printable geometry, materials, durability and age-appropriate design constraints. Any future classroom or home order would require grown-up approval and a production workflow with documented manufacturing, inspection, fulfillment and child-product safety responsibilities.
