Acceptance and grown-up responsibility
By creating an account or using Squish Makers, you agree to these terms. A parent, guardian, educator or other responsible adult must supervise a child’s use and is responsible for deciding whether the experience is appropriate for that child.
Accounts
Provide accurate grown-up account information, keep account credentials secure and do not allow children to manage protected account settings. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Maker profile names should not contain sensitive personal information.
Permitted use
You may use Squish Makers for personal, family or supervised educational creative activities. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious content, impersonate another person or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.
Creative content
Names, choices and creations submitted through the application remain the responsibility of the grown-up account holder. You grant Squish Makers the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content to operate the service for you.
Developing and unavailable features
Squish Makers is under active development. Features may change, contain errors or become temporarily unavailable. Interface references to printing, camera, purchasing and sharing do not represent currently available production services or an offer to sell those services.
Planned manufacturing and fulfillment
The intended service may allow a grown-up to approve a child’s design for 3D printing and home delivery. Early testing may use a local-network printer service; future orders may be manufactured and shipped by third-party vendors. Product specifications, safety information, pricing, delivery terms, cancellation and return rights will be presented before any production ordering service is offered and may vary by market and vendor.
Intellectual property
The Squish Makers name, application design, original artwork, software and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials or permit their commercial reproduction.
Third-party services
The application relies on third-party infrastructure, including Google Firebase. Availability may be affected by those providers, networks, devices or browsers. Third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
No warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the current service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular educational, manufacturing or commercial purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and changes
Access may be limited when necessary to protect users, the service or others, or to address misuse. These terms may be updated as the service develops. Continued use after updated terms are published means the updated terms apply, subject to applicable law.

Our privacy notice explains the information used to provide accounts, maker profiles and saved creations. Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact page.
